I started painting in acrylics, mesmerized by the shimmering colours of Venice, Tuscany and the brooding wild mountains of Scotland. I have since taken to oils to capture the whirling clouds and hills of Yorkshire. My painting of Ilkley moor was one of the top three pieces sold for £1500 at the auction held in ILKLEY in April 2024 to raise funds for a new fountain.
