Libby Jubb

I am an artisan jewellery maker. All my jewellery is handmade in my workshop near Ilkley Manor House. I mainly work with sterling silver and produce one-off limited collections, personalised pieces and customer commissions. I've been making jewellery for over 20 years.

I have studied 3D and Jewellery design along with traditional silversmithing courses at Bradford College, Craven College and Leeds College of Art. Jewellery fascinates me - from the rich history of jewellery making to the sentiments behind individual pieces. I love to work with customers to create something unique and personal to them and give a new life to old broken and sentimental pieces.

My collections are inspired by many things, particularly nature and landscape. Every year I like to challenge myself to design an entirely new collection. I am passionate about teaching jewellery and silversmithing. I specialise in small group tuition and the workshops I teach in my studio are designed for complete beginners. They are a great experience for friends and family to share, as well as an introduction to silversmithing with the bonus of making something precious.
